Out and about on the Outer Banks: Manteo

A really nice little town to visit is Manteo, and it is right down the road from both Roanoke Colony and the aquarium. There a bunch of little waterside shops for browsing, quaint B&Bs, and cute little restaurants for lunch. It is a very dog friendly place as well! Free parking across the bridge, and a short walk to the downtown area. Find more information here: https://www.manteonc.gov/visitors
